Virtual Mat Pilates

Our session of signature Pilates is designed to improve your strength, flexibility and balance while improving body awareness. Highly customised to suit your unique needs and conditions, we will work to access true core strength and awaken tiny, underused muscles. Breathe better, stand taller!

Virtual classes will be done on the mat, with or without props as needed.

In-person classes include Mat-work and a mix of Studio Equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel).

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga, also known as “Flow Yoga”, weaves together traditional Yoga postures within an engaging and creative sequence. Care will be taken to focus on proper body alignment, ensuring safe transitions into each posture. To deepen your practice, you will be guided through some breathwork techniques, or Pranayama, finishing off with a brief meditation to foster a deeper mind-body connection.

Virtual and in-person classes will be done on the mat. Props like a set of Yoga blocks and strap are optional.

GYROTONIC®

Developed by Juliu Horvarth, GYROTONIC® is a holistic mobility and strength training that is suitable for everyone. Combining elements from Yoga, Taichi, swimming and dance, it combines circular motions of the body with intentional breathing for greater ease, space and freedom in the body. From enhancing athletic performance to rehabilitation following injury or illness, the system is tailored to the individual and encourages growth and a new awareness of your body. 

In-person classes will be done on the Pulley Tower.

Tension-Releasing Exercise (TRE®)

TRE® is a sequence of 7 simple physical exercises developed by Dr. David Berceli  that serves to release deep-seated muscular tension that has accumulated in the body due to acute or chronic stress. This is achieved by activating a natural neurogenic muscular tremor within the body. TRE® is designed as a tool for self-help after learning the exercises under professional guidance, you can continue doing TRE® on your own as part of your regular self-care routine.

Virtual and in-person classes will be done on the mat. Props like a cushion and blanket are optional.

Virtual Session

Held in the comfort of your home, highly-personalised exercise programmes, and scheduled at your convenience, each virtual session runs for 60 minutes.

Classes are Mat-based, with the optional inclusion of props.

In-Person Session

Held in a fully-equipped, boutique Pilates and GYROTONIC® studio, each in-person session runs for 60 minutes. Designed to suit your unique needs and reach your goals, be it strength, flexibility or greater mind-body connection, classes will be done on the equipment, with options for mat work.

  • Make your Pilates training social by booking a duet session with your friend, partner or family member.

    These two-person Pilates sessions will be tailored to your bodies and goals, and can be held on the Mat or Reformer. Please note that each of the pricing options below are priced per person.

  • Set in the cosy studio of Mindful Movement, enjoy reconnecting with your bodies as you move. Classes are $35 and drop-ins are welcome. All equipment is provided.

    Free Beach Yoga

    Where?: Tanjong Beach — near TBC

    When?: 7.30 AM

    Happening on the last Sunday of every month, join Mins on the last Sunday of every month for a sunrise session of beach yoga.

    This all-levels class is free. Just bring a towel, some water and an open mind.

Please note that all sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Any changes or cancellations made in less than 24 hours constitutes a full charge.
